Winter Vegetables #recipes

That there is plenty of zucchini and eggplant these days, I would recommend a simple meal and alternative seekers

For the dough:
2 cups flour
100 g margarine
1/2 cup water,salt

1 eggplant
1 Zucchini
3 pieces green pepper
1 roasted red pepper

For the sauce
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. flour

The ingredients are mixed and dough is thoroughly mixed,placed in a greased tart mold.For zucchini,eggplant and peppers are chopped in cubes and sauteed in butter. The oil is filtered and spread on the dough when cooled. In a bowl ,eggs, milk and flour is poured over the vegetables and whisk. Crushed red pepper added and cooked in a 200 degree oven for half an hour.
