WINTER SPINACH

Every winter I love. The inner material, especially if you have plenty of cheese…….MMM. For me is delicious.
I haven’t done in a long time. This time you might get away with a suitable to the season vegetable, spinach and cheese I made. I would definitely recommend.
For the dough,

*175 GR cold butter chopped,
*1 egg,
*1 teaspoon salt,
*1/2 cup milk
*3 cups of flour.
Upper material;
*100 g firm white cheese
*100 g curd cheese ( or you can use fresh spinach instead)
*2 eggs
*100 g liquid cream
*3-4 sprigs Yesil onion ( desire)dependent
* one pound of cleaned spinach ( 1 cooked egg yolks with the water until it is pulled it will be)
Preparation;
1.Mix crust ingredients to your taste then get a good rest for half an hour, okay?
2.Resting the dough and we will cook it slightly larger than the size of the mold put the mold to cover the open side of the roller.( About 1 cm thick) from the side If the dough rises you can use to decorate it.
3.Kabarmam the middle of the dough to be the same size and we can cut the wax paper after placing on the top of the legumes (peas or beans) and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook until 15 min. Take the beans and wax paper over after it was done.
4. As we cooled the dough, the eggs clap and grated cheese and add the cream, continue whisking.Latest Yesil chilling winter spinach and onion spread on top of our dough, rising to the top in a hot oven at 180 degrees until the top is brown and adorned with a dough.
