I love this dessert and always sold in Pelit bakery I was in search of a recipe.On Instagram ‘Happy I started to follow and the recipes I saw Muna this dessert among.My guests and I did last week was very likely.I did it with a big spoon and a large bowl prepare the service, but as usual, I couldn’t resimleyem nice guest from the Bustle.When you want to publish my blog, I made a cube from the rest.In fact, such a cup can be prepared.


For the ganache balls:
*100 grams of butter
*1 teaspoon granulated sugar

*Grated chocolate to decorate with


1)Firstly, we are preparing the ganache balls.Butter,granulated sugar,salt, and we are boiling water.We will then add the flour.We’re cooking up for 5-6 minutes stirring.When cool, add the eggs one by one and mix.Lay wax paper on an oven tray for Our at intervals,we’re putting the Walnut into small balls.Bake in a preheated 180 degree turns we’re baking until slightly pink.We’re cooking in the oven without opening the oven door until it cools any-and we’re holding them.

4)we’re baking the icing on Top.The egg yolks thoroughly with the sugar are unbeaten.Flour,starch and baking mix and add the milk.we’re Take from the stove and add chocolate and vanilla and so we have to melt the chocolate.When it gets mild, we’re whipping it with a mixer for 5-6 minutes and stir in the cream.
5)we get a large round Bowl.We prepared the ganache, we can put the balls to the bottom.Put on top of the cream, and some raspberry serpistiriyo we are.Then again, profiterole,cream and raspberries we’re putting.We continue this process until the balls of ganache over.We’re dumping the remaining cream on top, and we are decorating with grated chocolate.
6)if we’re going to serve it in the cup if we’re sharing a cup of profiterole balls.The raspberry cream and the top of the cup serpistiriyo we’re on them we’re sharing.
