Preparation;

First of all, we wash our chicken meat prepared in fillet form and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

We first dip the rest of our chickens into our slightly salted flour and ensure that both sides are floured.

Then, we dip the floured chicken fillets into the scrambled egg first. We dip our chickens, which are dipped in eggs, into the breadcrumbs and ensure that they stick to our chicken fillets thoroughly. (I mixed the breadcrumbs with corn flour and made it stick better.)

We heat our liquid oil in our pan and fry our chicken schnitzels back and forth.
We take our browning schnitzel on our serving plate and eat it with pleasure.

1 whole chicken
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
5 large potatoes
3 carrots
2 medium onions
1 celery
3 Jerusalem artichoke

Production
Let’s cut our whole chicken into small pieces. Let’s melt the butter in our pot. Let’s cook our onions for half a month and roast them a little. Let’s add our chicken meat to the pan and continue roasting. Let’s add our tomato paste and continue mixing. Let’s chop our carrots in rings and add them. Then add our potatoes, celery and local, add 3 cups of hot water and cover the pot. Let’s reduce the gold of the fire. Let’s cook under the fire for 20-25 minutes on low heat. Let us rest our food a little, then open the lid,

Let’s whisk milk, oil, salt and 3 eggs in a bowl. Let’s lubricate the bottom of the baking tray. Let’s spread one of the pastries under the tray as a whole. Sprinkle with milk mixture on it. Divide the other dough into four and put it in the milk mixture for a while and put it on the baking tray. Let’s finely chop our spinach. Let’s thin our boiled chicken thinly. First, let’s fry our onions until they turn pink. Let’s put our spinach and chicken meat on top and fry them all together. Let’s add our black pepper. Let us spread half of this mortar on our pastries. Then we divide a dough into four and put it in a milk mixture and lay it on our tray. Let’s spread the rest of our spinach mortar onto the pastries. Let’s make the other dough in the same way and put it on it. Let’s spread the last dough on the tray as a whole and fix the edges with a knife. Let’s break the last egg into the remaining milk mixture, whisk it and pour it on our tray and rub it all over. Let’s cook in the oven we preheated. When it is browned, let’s take it out of the oven and let it rest for a while. Then let’s slice and eat with pleasure.
