Cheesecake is one of my favorite cakes.I love lemon and especially the strawberry ones.Lemon cheesecake recipe I gave before.The key lime cheesecake strawberry and cream cheesecake at a fraction of the base as the base I made.Materials 24 cm.of fit the mold clamped.We let the recipe if you wish

Ingredients:

For the base:

*Packet plain biscuits 1,5 bitter

*100 grams of butter

*1 cup nuts

For the cream:

*400 grams labne cheese

*1 box of cream (200 ml)

*1 cup granulated sugar close to

*2 tablespoons starch

*1 package of vanilla

*Juice of 1 lemon

*1 lemon zest

*3 eggs

On top:

*300 grams of strawberries

*1 tablespoon wheat starch

*3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Preparation:

1)melt butter and hazelnut biscuits from Rondo we’re having.

2)we are combining with melted butter.We’re rolling out of wax paper under the prepared pans.We can put biscuits into the base of the mold and the mix is pushing it.We prepared the base and putting it in the fridge, we’re good.

3)Cheese powdered sugar cheese and we’re whipping it with a mixer.Add all the ingredients except the egg and beat again.Break the eggs one by one and each time we’re mixing down.(don’t flap the long)

4)we’re closing in smoothed aluminum foil to the bottom of the mold, and we’re getting back into the oven tray with water two fingers inside of it.Preheat the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes we’re cooking up white to remain.We’re waiting for the oven to cool down so that the door stays half open.We are waiting overnight in the refrigerator.

5)we prepare the strawberry sauce from service 3-4 hours ago.We make pure from strawberries and Rondo.Buy a small pot with sugar and starch and we are boiling.Pour over the cheesecake and putting it in the fridge when it gets mild, we’re good.

6)as we wish, we’re trimming.
