Bond 2 spinach,
1 garlic clove,
250 gr. yogurt
to decorate on walnuts and pomegranate.
Chop and rinse the spinach several times in water, drain.
Meanwhile, put 2 tbsp oil in a pan, chopped onion, garlic and salt and sauté. Added drained spinach and roasted over a blazing fire. A tablespoon of Yogurt, whisked with olive oil and mixed with the cooled spinach.
Taken place in a serving dish is decorated with pomegranates and walnuts over.
