IN THE KITCHEN GARNITURLU POTATO SALAD ROLL

Our potato salad for our meals as a family is indispensable. Are made in many varieties, of course. I wanted to share with you what is in the form of a roll. Materials

*5 medium potatoes,

Preparation

Fu’s kitchen: Black-Eyed Peas, and eggplant salad

 

The first time I tried the black bean salad they ate the people of interest in my guest house.A fairly easy salad ,soak beans the night before and in the morning boil it .Drain, cool your beans sour cream,lettuce,tomatoes,gherkin pickles,roasted red pepper, chopped, salt ,lemon ,pomegranate syrup,extra virgin olive oil ,red pepper flakes a dash of nutmeg.Served dressed up with a pomegranate over it.

The other salad was a roasted eggplant salad at the table .Very easy and very tasty salad that is appreciated by everyone I recommend it to your guest table.Yogurt mixed with chopped garlic and red peppers roasted eggplant filtering, salt is added and walnuts,decorated with corn and parsley.

YELLOW KITCHEN: MEXICAN BEANS SALAD WITH MEAL

 

When I think of mexican beans at home, I combined the two, it was a great salad. I didn’t make any other mexican bean salad. Here I would recommend this rocket one.

MATERIALS:

Some smoking
1 pack of Mexican beans
3-4 sprigs of spring onions
a few sprigs of parsley
half a box of corn according to arsu
salt
OLIVE OIL
lemon juice

fabrication:

(I bought some of those sold in a boiled package with bone traces. Canned.) Add finely chopped spring onions and parsley. Wash and drain the corn.
add oil, lemon juice, salt and mix and put on the serving plate.
Salad is for two people.

FIG AND ARUGULA SALAD

I’m going to give a yummy salad recipe. Both are very healthy. Fig Arugula Salad. There’s nothing in the construction will be described specifically. I’m just going to write what the ingredients are.

*A bunch of arugula ( washed and finely chopped nicely)

*chopped dried figs

*chopped dried apricots

*chopped black olives

*chopped walnuts

*chopped dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes

*goat cheese

In a salad bowl mix all the pit.

For the sauce;

*balsamic vinegar

*pomegranate

*white wine vinegar

*olive oil

*salt, red pepper flakes and the mint mix.

Mix nicely and pour the sauce on top of the salad. Bon Appetit.

 

PEPPERS, CORN, AND POTATO SALAD
