PelinChef ‘s Bakery bagel recipe I had with the classes was no less than beautiful.

1 cup warm milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 bottle of mineral water,
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt,
1 packet) instant yeast
3-4 cups flour
1 egg yolk (for above)


2 cups flour, sugar,salt and yeast in a bowl, kneading a dash of nutmeg. A well in the center of the opening and the milk, oil, soda and nutmeg and mix. Gradually add flour until the dough will not stick to the hands. When it comes to the dough the right consistency and cook covered for 1 hour. The raised dough is doubled when large chunks from the coconut picked from the trees and rounded. Spread out some wax paper, arranged in a pan, on the egg yolk. Previously in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown and cooked.
