Ayşe cookies I’ve tasted in the ring;

For the dough:
4 cups flour,
300 g butter,
1 cup powdered sugar,
1 package vanilla
1 package baking powder
1 egg.

For the cream:

1 cup milk,
1 egg yolk,
half cup flour,
half cups sugar
2 tablespoons butter,
half teaspoon vanilla.

On top:


Dough ingredients mixed and kneaded, rested in the fridge for 10 minutes. Then half a cm thick with the help of the dough roller opens. Cut circles with the help of tea cups. Half of the circles with a round piece in the middle of a little mold is removed. Remain in on a tray in the oven at 170 degrees and line up in a way that White is cooked.

Cream ingredients and cook until the mix thickens.
