*Bulgur 2 cups hot
*1 medium onion
*1 medium carrot
*1 handful of chopped dried tomatoes
*2 tablespoons butter
*1 teaspoon dried basil
*4 cups hot water
1)rinse the bulgur and the water we’re looking at.
2)we’re chopping the onion.We are grating the carrot.Buy and we’re melting pot 2 tablespoons oil.We will add the onion and carrot.We will roast it until the onion turns pink.
