In a cottage this weekend I’m going to share a nice recipe and everyone really liked that I did;


For the dough;

At room temperature 1 cup milk,

1 cup room temperature water

A half-cup of oil,

2 teaspoons salt,

1 egg,

as much as it takes flour.

For the filling;

Half kg. ground beef,

Onion 3 finely grated

2 teaspoons salt,

1 grated tomato

half a cup of water.
