PUMPKIN CUSTARD #recipes

I love pumpkin pie.For a long time I wanted to make pumpkin cubes. ‘When I saw this recipe on Chef Wormwood I tried it today and I loved it.When combined with the custard it was a delicious taste.I changed the pumpkin part alone.After the pudding has been cooked and pureed the pumpkin in the original recipe with less measure on the cube mixed with half of The had been distributed.I did as I described below.

Ingredients:

*5 cups milk
*3 tablespoons rice flour
*2 tablespoons flour
*2/3 cup granulated sugar
* ½ Teaspoon vanilla

For the pumpkin puree:
*3 medium slice pumpkin
*2 teaspoons granulated sugar

Preparation:

1)we chopped the pumpkin and sprinkle granulated sugar on taking the pot of the squash and the pumpkins until soft, over medium heat, put half the water we’re baking.If you have excess water, mash the squash with a fork and chilled we are making.
2)put it in a pot for custard the necessary ingredients (except vanilla),baking wire, we’re constantly stirring with a whisk.Of the eye on the eye when it’s we’re taking from the fire and add vanilla.
3)custard cups or bowls to we’re sharing.Putting them on pumpkin puree ,with the back of the spoon, lightly pressing in and fixing what we are.
4)to decorate and we are doing it according to the desires of Service.
