Ingredients(for 2 servings) :

1 pear
4 puff pastry
2 small pieces of chocolate
1 egg yolk

By peeling the Pears is cut in half vertically.Mix with lemon juice to prevent kararmam removed and the beans. Two of puff pastry placed in a row. By putting the dough on top of pears and one of around 2 cm is cut. The cores of the pears have been removed and again placed in the place where we put the chocolate on the dough. The edges is made of leaf and SAP with remaining batter. The remaining two amuralla the same process is performed. Egg yolk over dough, baked in the oven until golden brown. The powdered sugar after they came out of the oven,serve sprinkled with cocoa. Bon Appetit
