After a long break… Now I’m here with a yummy cupcake I’ll pass on the recipe.
40 GR + 100 gr. butter
2 medium pears
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large cup or mug full of slivered almonds to sprinkle on an amount of allocated)
Pears peel and cut cubes. 40 g butter, caramelized pears and honey until light (light color), Cook and leave to cool.
Is heated to 180 degrees oven. Unlanir Muffin molds and lubricated with soft butter.
100 gr. melt butter and brown sugar thoroughly with Mixer. Continue whisking, adding the eggs one by one. Flour, baking powder and vanilla and stir. Baked pears with almonds and mixed and poured into molds file (must remain a little space at the top of the mold). Sprinkled with slivered almonds and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes on.
When it cools, served and removed from the mold (mold and unlanma and it’s important to be oiled, otherwise it is removed from the mold while it is being fissionable).
