This practical bread recipe, I found this site when I was in Flipboard. The bread is actually what I’m saying. It looks like the taste more pancakes. More is made in Norway, but also in other Scandinavian countries was well known as a bread. The remaining were performed to assess boiled potatoes. Hot, cold, in every way and was consumed.
Especially cream cheese, peanut butter, nutella or jam on bread with cheese and jam for tea that is consumed with we also ate it. It was yummy. Loved the House. Sold out immediately, of course. My advice, the whole family are at home the weekend when you make breakfast in this practical flavors.
Ingredients (for 12 small bread):
*1 cup= 240 ml cups
450 grams (4 medium sized) boiled, peeled potatoes
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk cream
1/4 cup (55 g) softened butter at room temperature
Delete the 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup + 1/2 cup flour
1. Boiled potatoes, hot potato when grating a crush and more crush to make as smooth as possible. Milk, cream, butter thoroughly and add the salt and knead. 2. Add 1 cup flour and knead the potato mixture, which was kept in the refrigerator. The remaining flour you will use to open.
3. Make the dough and sprinkle the remaining flour on a surface that you can take some of it. Tear off pieces of dough the size of a tangerine the size of a small plate and flour on it and roll open.
4. Non-flammable non-stick crepe pan on the stove take. Bring the heat to medium heat. Grease warmed individual transfer of the dough in the pan and cook on both sides ( the dough was the eye of the eye is red when hot and cook on the other side, while a rolled-up wrap).
