– 500 gr ground beef

– 7-8 finely chopped parsley sprigs

– Oil for frying


All of our materials are large (or too small rendeleyer to chop our onion, garlic crushed with our work, I) we get tired mix thoroughly. Our meatball in the fridge at least half an hour, if possible, increase speed to 1-2 hours, and the marble-sized pieces frying in the hot oil we’re taking from fees. We may serve with tomato sauce.
