Ingredients (for 2-4 persons):
300 ml milk cream (1 packet + half of a package)
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
75 g icing sugar (powdered sugar or sugar or pulling, you can use the robot rondo)
Heavy cream, grated lemon zest and allow to simmer stirring occasionally Creamer and powdered sugar. When it reaches boiling point, boil for 3 minutes remove from the heat and creamer. Add the lemon juice and mix quickly. Service bowl and pour the cooked sauce into small cubes that you will do for at least 4 hours or refrigerate (up to 1 day, when you rest gives better results). Your sweet things cold , mint leaves, garnish with raspberries or strawberries.
