MEDOVIK CAKE #recipes

I’ve been planning to do this cake for a long time.A wonderful blog I came across while searching the internet for a recipe.Cafe Pepela.I saw the blog owner alone updating the blog for a long time.Hopefully for him ,everything’s fine, as soon as continues to share.A famous Russian Medovik cake when it comes to our cake.Original name of this Russian Honey Cake.It’s a recipe for some diversionary hand, but believe me, it’s worth a try.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

*3 eggs
*120 grams butter or margarine (I used butter)
*1 cup granulated sugar
*3 tablespoons honey (good quality if possible opt for affecting the consistency of the dough)
*1,5 teaspoon of baking powder
*4 cups flour (cup sizes can change,I used more)
*1 package of vanilla

For the cream:
*400 grams of milk chocolate
*400 grams of cream

Preparation:

1)First heating up a pan full of 3 tablespoon honey we’re home.(not boiling) until it’s frothy then add the baking powder and we’re baking.(maximum 1 minute)
2)are unbeaten eggs with sugar thoroughly.We beat the egg mixture again and add to the bubbling mixture.
3)melt the butter in a separate pan, when it gets mild and we pass it to the mix.Finally, gradually add the flour mixture and hand non-sticky, lightweight we are a molder a stiff dough.We’re resting the dough for 15 minutes.(if rest does not open)
4)decoration 6 the it seem to of dough.We’re opening a larger medium round mold.We put it on a baking sheet in wax paper.We’re warming up the oven to 180 degrees.We open the tray and put the pulp with a fork in a few places we drill.We’re cooking up controlled.(quick cooking are per stay)
5)all types are cooked in this way, after the round using a knife to trim the edges of the dough are cooked with the help of pattern.(of the remaining parts by the robot you can use to decorate the edge of the cake)
6)we’re melting the chocolate over a double boiler procedure.We are preparing the chocolate ganache and add cream.We take a service plate of dough and chocolate ganache on one we’re driving.

7)we continue to repeat the dough again in the form of cream.After placing sixth in the dough, add the remaining cream over the cake and the sides of them we’re driving.We cover the side with slivered almonds.(as I mentioned above, you are migrating from Rondo you can cover with flour biscuit)
Note: glazur handing out white figure putting I gave.You can decorate it as you wish.
8)we’re holding the cake in the fridge for 1 Night.
