Last Sunday, the day sister-in-law, at my request Associations International Lions 118-E, I attended a cooking contest organized by the management of the environment.It was a very nice event.Good food from each other competed.I also joined to this competition with three recipes.Previously published on my blog roll that I have spinach,Chichewa, donuts, apple pie recipe from Rose and I attended were.The jury Elif Korkmazel,Serkan Bozkurt valuable as there were names.Spinach roll 1 in this fine organization.League,muffins Chichewa 2. was awarded with medals and 2 league, I’m home.I wanted to share some of that art here.

Now let’s move on to our recipe of the day.

For steak sauce:

*Pound of steak

*30 grams of butter

*1 small onion, finely chopped

*1 tablespoon tomato paste

Potato dishes:

*4 medium potatoes

*2 tablespoons vegetable oil

*2 heaping Tbsp flour

*Salt,pepper

Preparation:

1)First, we’re cooking up a steak.We cut them into thin strips the slices of steak.We’re baking the meat the pot and water again until release.We can add chopped onion and cooking oil.Kavrulana we’re mixing up the onions.Add the sauce and cook for, then we put it in hot water.We’re baking the meat after adding salt and pepper until they are thoroughly tender.

2)are stripped and washing and grating potatoes for potato dishes.Water thoroughly once you hit the grated potatoes, flour and sugar then add the rest of we will.A nice mix after adding the salt and pepper.A plate greased with butter muffin at our patterns in the form of the pressure we’re putting.We’re baking in a 200 degree oven until golden brown.

3)Remove from mould by putting the meat into potato dishes and we are doing a service.
