Lemon Cheesecake #recipes

For the base:
2 packet of biscuits Bitter
100 g butter,
1 tablespoon oil,
1 cup of nuts.

For the cream:
400 GR labne cheese,
1 box cream,
3/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 package vanilla
Juice of 1 lemon,
Peel of 1 lemon,
3 eggs.

For the sauce:
Juice of 1 lemon,
Juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons granulated sugar.


Nuts and biscuits for the base is mixed with the melted butter and the oil migrated from Rondo. Covered with oiled paper six prepared pans. The prepared material is pressed with a spoon without spilling. Put it in the fridge.

The cheese mix cream cheese and powdered sugar one of the ingredients. Add all the ingredients except the egg and whisk again. Then the eggs are added and mixed. Prepared custard is poured in the mold which was kept in the refrigerator. Perched on the aluminum foil around the mold and coated two fingers inside and placed them on a baking tray filled with water. Pre-cook in preheated oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes.
