It’s a great meal. even the meals can be alone. There is no trick. The recipe is below;


*1 package pasta oven

*2 tablespoons butter

*2 eggs,

*2 cups milk

*salt, pepper

*Up to 200 g feta cheese

*200 grams grated fresh Parmesan cheese

For the bechamel sauce;

*2 tablespoons margarine
*2 tablespoons (heaping) flour
*2 cups milk
*black pepper

1.Oven pasta, deep, wide pot, boil your water and boil with 1 pinch of salt for 5 minutes to stay alive.
2.Stir the macaroni is boiled, drain it through cold water.
3.While hot, mixed with 2 tablespoons butter.
4.For the bechamel sauce, put the margarine and flour in a saucepan and sauté over medium heat until the smell of flour.
5.Stir while you pour a bit of milk on it.
6.When the sauce get thick consistency remove from heat.
7. 2 eggs, 2 cups milk, salt, and pepper 200 g yellow cheese, white cheese and half in a separate bowl, thoroughly mixed after it is a square Pyrex or oven into a bowl the pasta, béchamel sauce, and add the egg mixture and stir.
8. The pasta pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes remove from the oven and pour the shredded cheese on top and remaining fresh in the oven and back is provided. Fried provolone cheese and a sprinkling of parsley on when the heat first comes out remove from the oven and serve. Bon Appetit.
Note:1) if you wish, you can add parsley or dill in it.
2) Remove from the oven and pour half of the Cheddar that we’re going to it, gets more of a slut.


1 cup fine bulgur
3 cups yogurt
3-4 garlic cloves

Hangover mixed with fine bulgur 2 cups yogurt and the top is closed and kept in the fridge.
When service will be performed, the remaining yogurt, a cup of water, I added crushed garlic and mixed with salt urug. If desired, the mayonnaise will be added. Added walnuts to pieces, mixed and served.
