Homemade Pizza With Arugula Hellimli – ..

Since I made my second trip to Italy, the Italian idea of pizza more like a pizza I had to make. Thus very different from the pizza I ate in Turkey pizzas out there. Mid-thin. Ingredients (for 4 persons):

For The Dough:

1 package (11 oz) instant dry yeast

4 cups flour (500 grams)

310 G (350 ml) water

Delete the 1 teaspoon salt
