Since I made my second trip to Italy, the Italian idea of pizza more like a pizza I had to make. Thus very different from the pizza I ate in Turkey pizzas out there. Mid-thin. Just embossed the edges. Also, water, tomato sauce and less cheese. It’s not like ours with plenty of cheese. A few slices of mozzarella cheese they put on pizza, so. Also, I’ve done in years, never deceive me by changing the recipe you see below is homemade pizza recipe I followed doesn a bit in there to catch a taste close to the flavor. I just put cheese and arugula on it, unlike Italian pizza. I hope you guys you like it if you try. 😉

Ingredients (for 4 persons):
For The Dough:
1 package (11 oz) instant dry yeast
4 cups flour (500 grams)
310 G (350 ml) water
Delete the 1 teaspoon salt
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Thin and triangular-shaped cut halloumi cheese or other cheese varieties of your choice (mozzarella is my advice)
5 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Prepared canned tomato sauce or type
After it has cooked, for the service:
1) in a bowl your flour, salt, water, instant yeast and mix together.
2) by adding olive oil to your dough, knead until you get a dough smooth and shiny (about 10 minutes).
3) our dough cover with a damp cloth and let it sit for at least a half hour at room temperature.
4) grate the peeled tomatoes.
5) according to your desire to grated tomatoes salt, pepper, spices such as oregano and add olive oil.
6) cut the dough, the pizza you are going to cook, take the baking sheet wax paper spread out. Oil your hands with olive oil the inside of the tray with the dough and your hand with your palm open. To liken it to Italian pizza, thick thin in the Middle, leave the edges open.
7) spread the tomato sauce on your pizza dough with a spoon, then place the sliced halloumi cheese and olives nucleus had been removed. Set your oven at 200 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. Follow the same process for the remaining dough.
