2+ 1/2 cup (2.5 cups of water) flour
1 packet (200 ml) milk cream
3 eggs (2 for dough, 1 for rides on)
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1.5 tsp of salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1. In a deep bowl, flour, cream, 2 eggs, yeast, salt and sugar to combine. Knead until thoroughly ozdeslesene.
2. To ferment, cover it with a plastic film over the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for at least 4-5 hours (I’ve kept waiting for about 7 hours).
