I use coconut flour in desserts is almost always content. But this time, whether in its most simple form, banana, cinnamon etc, I wanted to not add. I think they turned out great as a little coffee as lokmalik 🙂

3 eggs

60 ml coconut oil-liquid (1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)

60 ml milk / coconut milk,almond milk or regular milk (1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)

Honey 110 GR ( 1/2 cup)

A big pinch of salt

Coconut flour 90 gr (14 tablespoons)

Carbonate and 3 grams ( 1 teaspoon)

80 g dark chocolate chopped coarse

Eggs,milk,coconut oil and honey in a bowl and whisk. Coconut flour,salt and baking soda mix in order on by adding.

Large 20×20 throw them into the mortar and spread a square pattern in chocolate and prepare a broadcast. It won’t be too runny coconut flour have the property to absorb liquid very quickly.

Pre-heated the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 17-22 minutes. Do not exceed the amount of time. When cooled, slice in tiny bars serving shots.
