Ingredients:

*1 litre of milk
*3 Turkish coffee cup of flour
*3 Turkish coffee cup of sugar
*1 egg yolk
*1 package of vanilla
*50 grams of butter

On top:
*1 cup sugar
*1/3 cup water Turkish coffee
*10-15 pieces of dried apricots
*Almond

To decorate:
*File pistachios

Preparation:

1)milk,flour,sugar and egg yolk mix and we’re cooking up a really good custard.
2)take the garlic from the stove and add the oil and vanilla and are unbeaten for 5 minutes.
3)1 cup sugar,caramelized with water and soaked,drained the excess water we’re going to pour a round bowl with a diameter of 25 cm.
4)we divide it in half Apricots and boil for 5 minutes.The caramel boiled over and peeled apricots in the boiling water and split almonds stand out a bit we have put in place.

5)pour over the pudding.

6)when cool, putting it in the fridge, we’re at least 7-8 hours we’re holding.Reverse file on decorating with pine nuts we are.
