DESSERT NIGHTINGALE’s mansion (Updated recipe)

Firstly it celebrates the feast of Ramadan to all my visitors, and health to our country, I wish to be a means of peace and tranquility. The Nightingale’s mansion in about 15 years, I’ve had a dessert recipe on my blog in my first days here had taken place. You can find my archive with old photos. Now, a recent photo and I wanted to share it again with minor changes.


For the dough,

1 egg,

2 tablespoons yogurt

3 tablespoons granulated sugar,

Powder 3 tablespoons semolina

125 g butter at room temperature,

1 cup vegetable oil

1 package of baking powder

As much as it takes flour.

For syrup;

5 cups water

4 cups sugar

1-2 drops of lemon


1.Firstly, boil the syrup aside and leave to cool. 2.All of the ingredients be able to lick the earlobe crust soft, you get a smooth dough, let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes, okay?

3.Divide the dough into two pieces, each piece cut with round cookie cutter or glass with 2 cm thickness of the roller opening.

6.Let’s fry an egg yolk to the dough in a preheated oven at 180 after the eruption. Approximately 20-25 minutes. While the dough is still warm, pour warm syrup and let them rest on. Bon Appetit.
