Aubergine Fritters

In a previous post, which I the tea table, an invitation fromthe more involved a recipe blog, cream pie. Aubergine fritters are actually more in accordance with the name meat pie, another dish recipes on the table because I have a cheesy interior made with. I think it would be more accurate to say I used the shape of a pie. I didn’t want to make a mix for preparing classic pie, 1-2 varieties of cheese, I used fresh thyme and dried tomatoes. Our easy recipe is as follows;

– 3 pieces of filo pastry
– Soda 1 cup (Turkish coffee)
– 1 cup of oil (olive or peanut oil)
– 1 egg yolk
– 3-4 spikes Yesil pepper
– 2 tomatoes

For Stuffing:

– 200 g feta cheese
– 150 gr ricotta cheese (no salt, and cream called a Lord of-fat kind)
– 4-5 pieces of dried tomatoes
– 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mortar pie for our dried tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, steep them in hot water, and after filtering, we’re cutting into small cubes. Our cheese squash, tomatoes and thyme leaves (you can chop my my documents if Greater was small, and, therefore, used without peeling them), and salt.

We divide into 8 equal parts form one square of pastry. (To be practical, you can put it on top of the pastry and cut it 3) mix it in a bowl and brush oil mixture on each piece we we’re driving with the help of soda and cheese making ingredients and wrap it around the edges we put on cinnamon rolls. All the pastries spread out on a baking sheet, wax paper wrap, this way we’re laying them. A 4-5 inch cut in the middle as seen in the picture of our pies we’re doing. Egg yolk and then we’re driving we carve edge, cut the tomatoes, peppers we’re laying them to the other side. Heard in advance, we’re baking in oven 180 degree for 30 minutes until golden brown. Bon Appetit…
