CORN BREAD #recipes

MATERIALS:

  • 500gr flour,
  • 250 grams yogurt,
  • 250 g oil,
  • 4 egg whites
  • 40 g (1 teaspoon) salt
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 10 gr of baking soda
  • 250 ml of water.

PREPARATION:

Whisked all the ingredients to a paste the consistency of cake batter and dark is obtained.

My greased square Pyrex is dumped.

Cooked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
