Chocolate Fondant #recipes

It will be good to attack a chocolate, a cake recipe that you can do in a short time practical… the original French chef Philippe Conticini belong to. The actual tar,fte had 15 grams of chestnut flour, but at home, not for the amount of flour 60 grams I took. Also, this cake made it in a rectangular cake pan, chief contic. I preferred the souffle small door.

That I’m similar to other previously published recipes:

Hot Chocolate Cake

Volcano Cake

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

100g dark chocolate
50g milk chocolate
115 g butter
3 medium or 2 large eggs
55 g caster sugar
60 g flour
A pinch of salt


  1. Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler procedure.
  2. On the other hand, the mixture in the small bowl of eggs and powdered sugar whisk until foamy. Then, add the flour and whisk for 1-2 more.
  3. Melted butter-chocolate and add the salt and whisk until blended.
  4. Souffle pots onlain grease with butter. Pour the mixture into a container and serve.

6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 15-17 minutes (the middle is not fully cooked as it will be soft). Preferably, serve hot.
