Cherry & Peach Cake #recipes

Very light and delicious cake recipe for the summer months. Remaining in the house while trying to do what a handful of cherry appeared. Tell me if you try you will not regret it 😉

4 eggs at room temperature
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 cup of liquid oil
1 cup milk
Add 1 package chopped walnuts
Dough 1 package baking powder
2 cups flour
Half cup cherries
2 small peaches, diced

Eggs and sugar, whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add the milk and whisk into the oil and again. 2 cups flour, baking powder add vanilla. Stir again until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased cake pan. Drain the chopped peaches into it, with the help of a fork mix. Properly place the Cherries and press down lightly with your finger. At 175 degrees in a preheated oven, bake for the first 20 minutes without opening the lid.

Note: if the Cherries before the cake batter layer will prevent to go to the bottom like mine a little flour, and then it hit me 😉
