Preparation:whisk eggs and sugar with a mixer. Then are added at room temperature, margarine and cream. Finally, the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and add baking soda, but continued to stir with a wooden spoon. Poured into greased molds up to 175 degrees and baked until golden brown. If you desire you can serve with fruit sauce or powdered sugar. Bon Appetit.
