CELERY SOUP #recipes

Ambitious is one of the vegetables with the aroma with a taste of celery in the winter. Stuffing, salad, assorted take place in the kitchen with recipes of olive oil while the soup is done less. The originator of the recipe I’m sharing today, I would have done much less soup. I would say that is a delicious winter soup with the combination of aromatic flavours. I don’t know why, but mesafeliyi to the soup a little more seasoned, but maybe easy, maybe out of habit of vegetables makes a lot of soup prepared in a similar way and I love it. As I mentioned on my Instagram page I think my daughter is the most beautiful alternative to eating celery soup and objections, the rain also for me. Our practical recipe follows;


-2 pieces of celery

Potato -1 X

-1 large onion, diced

External garlic -1

-2-3 sprigs fresh thyme

-1 X bay leaf

-Freshly ground black pepper

-Less nutmeg


-1 tbsp butter

-2 tablespoons olive oil

To serve, chopped parsley


Celery, peel the potatoes and onions, but we are cutting equal size large. Melt butter in saucepan, add olive oil and chopped our ingredients, we roast them lightly and add. Then we crushed garlic, and add enough water to pot and add other ingredients and our mouth shut and, first, over medium heat, then a little more muted as we’re baking our vegetables thoroughly until they are tender. after it was done, remove the bay leaf and thyme branches, and we make it clean and smooth. If consistency is required, according to our taste, and we’re getting adjusted by addition of hot water to the bowl, dusted with chopped parsley on service as we are doing. If you wish in the water, meat, chicken or vegetable broth you can use. Bon Appetit.
