I love celery. Though, if they love kids, as I often do. I have also done in different ways, and celery root with olive oil varieties. Celery with orange juice before I’ve edited. This is another kind.
3 small celery root
2 cups water
1 tablespoon flour
Juice of 1 lemon
20-22 onion pieces
2-3 garlic cloves
½ Cup olive oil (a little extra-virgin olive oil, I use some)
1 teaspoon sugar
