Cauliflower Patties Lean #recipes

Those who are not at home if Nice with cauliflower or a cauliflower if you’re looking for a different recipe, this recipe is just for you. Both very practical and very tasty. Even my wife liked it who prefer the classic cauliflower food to enjoy. A diet for me… of course the kids fit in. Because fat-free and low calorie. Just, that I use a bit of paste wouldn’t stick to wax paper so I oiled with 1 tablespoon olive oil. So… 😉

In the original recipe, from just a taste.

Ingredients:

1 small head cauliflower

Backgammon dice in the form of small 1/4 cup chopped onion (1 small onion)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or Izmir Tulum cheese in the oven quick or insoluble Manyas)

1/4 cup grated stale bread

1 small egg

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Chichewa parts of cauliflower into small pieces ( you will not use the hard parts and large branches). Get the pot soaking the cauliflower pieces and drain. Add just enough water and add the salt and bring to boil. It soften when boiled, filter the water and drain thoroughly (Su shouldn’t). 2. Cauliflower boiled in a deep pot and shredded pieces, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, grated bread and eggs. Add salt and pepper and begin kneading.

Ozdeslesinc the dough, as you can see below, give the shape of a meatball. Spread out wax paper on a tray greased with 1 tablespoon and if you like the meatballs directory.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cook the meatballs.

Homemade tomato sauce/ketchup or yogurt and serve. Bon Appetit.
