Ingredients:

For the dough:

*1 egg
*1 cup granulated sugar
*150 g soft butter
*1 packet of baking powder
*1 package of vanilla
*Flour (around 3 cups controlled,add)

On top:
*1 cup granulated sugar
*Pear hard enough

Preparation:

1)Take sugar in a teflon pan until it melts and we’re baking.Pour over the sliced pears and caramelized melt when it’s an oven dish,without a gap we can put between them.
