I’m always talking about because I like the different presentations.I’m not from the classic quiche recently.Butterfly buns too when I saw it I loved it.- Made very enjoyable.I made the recipe your own fermented dough.With any recipe for yeast dough you can make you’d like.

Ingredients:

*1 cup warm water
*1 cup warm milk
*1 package dry yeast
*1 egg (whites for the yolks)
*1 tablespoons granulated sugar deletion
*1 teaspoon salt
*125 grams butter softened at room temperature
*Flour

To:
*breakfast acuk

Preparation:

1)milk, water,sugar and yeast into the mixing bowl and we mix them we’re getting.Put the butter, adding the flour slowly, kneading the egg white and then we’ll start.we are adding salt.To handle light-tight are added to the flour until a dough.
2)when dough is ready, cover with a damp cloth over it to ferment in a warm environment for half an hour and we’re waiting.
3)we’re rising dough kneading it lightly again.We’re cutting the size of a piece of orange, and we are opening to be close to rectangular.We’re driving from Acuna on.

4)in the following manner starting from the wide side and roll we are doing we place it.

5)we are taking cuts in the dough as in the figure below.

6)on the top side, the ones towards the top,the lower ones on the bottom right side we’re on.Tear off small pieces of dough and the antennas we do.We are taking all the dough on the egg yolk butterflies when you’re finished, and we’re baking in the oven at 180 degrees.
