This delicious French dessert, much loved in our house. In fact, our dough fried in oil, it tastes like our breakfast. But it’s a different serpinc the powdered sugar dessert. It’s not very flattering. Little big flavor that everyone will love.
1+1/4 (1 teaspoon and a quarter teaspoon) instant yeast
1/4 cup (quarter cup) sugar
3/4 cup (1 cup missing 1-2 finger) warm water
1/2 (half) teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (half cup) milk cream
1 heaping Tbsp butter (Melted)
4-4,5 cups (4 or 4.5 cups) of flour
1. 2,5 cup flour and begin kneading deep kneading for the dough take a bowl and mix and all other materials. The remaining flour, add slowly in a controlled manner. The dough will be sticky at first, but the future of yourself as you add the flour. The dough is kneading a dough by mixing. Please do not add more flour. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
