To this day,feast your sight and your palate with the delicious flavor that will turn into a table with an image like having a great meal begendil I want to give the recipe for the meatballs.The construction is a little tricky though it will be worth it.Let’s move on to the recipe if you want.

Ingredients:

For the kofte:

*Pound onions
*1 medium onion
*1 egg
*2-3 slices of stale bread
*Salt,pepper
*2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil to cook the meatballs

Like to:
*5 eggplants belt
*1 full tablespoon butter
*2 heaping tablespoon flour
*2 cups milk
*Half cup grated cheddar
*Salt,pepper

Preparation:

1)the meatball ingredients, shape nicely and we are a molder.
2)we are kozluyor the eggplant.We are cutting thin peel.
3)melt the butter and add the flour until the flour smell is gone and we’re roasting.Add milk and stir until it boils.When it boils, shredded cheese,salt and black pepper mix and we will add the eggplant immediately.We’ll cut off the heat and mix quickly.
4)we put oil in a nonstick pan. We’re baking meatballs duplex.
5)like we are taking the platter.We have put on the meatballs.We are trimming as we wish.(parsley,garnished with fried potatoes.You can carry the red chili oil on top if you wish)
