Ali Nazik, mainly with the name, gentle ale, my favorite, and it’s one of the dishes I found very light. I love mince lamb kebab at Ali shops as kind I made at home. In my opinion a very practical recipe. 😉
2 small eggplant Bostan
250 gr yoghurt
Pounds ground beef 250 grams
If you desire, cubanelle peppers 1
1 large tomato (if tomatoes aren’t in Season, 1 tablespoon tomato paste)
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1. Cut the eggplant on the stove or in the oven. Kozledik after the mash peel the shells nicely. Beat in yogurt, garlic and salt. Mix with eggplant.
